This policy describes how vantixtrader ("we") gathers, processes and safeguards personal data when you use and platform. Our role is data controller for that information.
What we collect. Identity and contact data and the like plus KYC documents demanded by regulators. Also collected: execution and account history, device data and support chats. EU/UK legal grounds: contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interest.
How we use data. Operating your account, clearing trades, meeting regulation, fighting fraud, and platform security, plus consent-based product messages carrying one-click opt-out.
Sharing. Data goes only to running vendors (custody, payment, verification), regulators on lawful demand, and anonymized metrics. We never sell personal data.
Storage & safety. Retention lasts through the account life plus statutory periods (typically five-seven years for trades). Safeguards: AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in motion plus ISO 27001-audited access limits.
Rights. Viewing, correction, export, deletion and objection requests can be made by emailing [email protected]. We answer within the legally set windows.
